The breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff is all around very very friendly and courteous. The room is, with a few minor flaws, okay. The location to all sights is unbeatable, also everything is easy to reach by tram.

Wi-Fi was terrible in my room. Staff were friendly and helpful with my kettle request.

Spacious room, friendly staff, with practical amenities like luggage storage and a 24-hour reception, all conveniently located about 2 km from the central station for easy access to explore the area.

The location of the hotel was very good for our visit and it had a good restaurant. Also the staff were very helpful and could speak English

We had a nice suite for three persons, double bed and a sofa bed in addition. bathroom was huge and had a shower and bathtub. There was a water boiler and tea bags, mineral water from the house. bed was comfortable and room had a quiet location facing the river. location is very good. Opposite the station there is a tram, lines 8, 11 go to Plac Bema. From there you can already see the hotel. One only has to go back a few steps. Good connection also by foot to the old town. breakfast in the restaurant was very good and rich. Tip: Cafe Bema diagonally opposite the hotel on the main street is a very good place for lunch or a snack, super quality bagels, quiches, salads etc. Only a few minutes from the hotel next to the Santander Bank.

unfortunately no coffee in the room, only tea bags. it wasn't too bad for us, though. at breakfast there was little for vegans, that is surely not standard in polish hotels.

I had a great stay! The unique breakfast on a ship was a fun experience, and my room was surprisingly spacious. the coffee quality could be improved.

Just about everything about the place was faultless, & we stayed an extra night!. Staff couldn't be more friendly, room was comfortable and modern. Food both in their restaurant and their moored restaurant boat was excellent & very resonably priced, and location for the city centre was excellent too. Secure, free parking was an added bonus

They took the room without breakfast, because there are plans in town. But in the morning the hotel restaurant took coffee, so you could visually assess the choice of food for breakfast (average, for a three-star hotel is fine; but coffee is not the most delicious). Very cozy and stylish room. There was a table in the room, which, fortunately, we only needed to store some things: the distance between the table and bed is less than half a meter, so you can't sit behind it. Excellent location of the hotel: in the heart of the city, you can quickly walk to all the interesting places. And a very beautiful view from the window, and in general the situation, which can be called romantic: the island, near a floating restaurant, the architecture around is beautiful.

Very good hearing: when the cleaning started in the morning, we heard all the conversations of the employees (there was a man with five at the same time). Then, in the evening, even closer to the night, we could hear the neighbors washing themselves in the shower from above (must be from above): the sound was as if it was right there in our shower.

Front desk doesn't exchange currency, but breakfast on a boat is divine and service is good.

I loved the spacious rooms, tall ceilings and huge windows overlooking the canal with views onto the beautiful city of Wroclaw. The staff were delightful and went out of their way to help. The restaurant and bar are charming with a large outdoor area on the water. Altogether an ideal spot to stay. Highly recommend.

Nice design of interiors in triple room. Stunning and amazing location near Wroclaw Market Hall. Walking distance to shopping centres and a local market across the street.

Location, that's actually the only advantage.

The room was more like a storage room than a hotel room (barely any windows) - maybe because it was the last floor and the end of the corridor.
