great location

great polonia wroclaw tumski is in a lovely area, just a 10-minute walk to the main market square. our triple room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we booked. the staff were super helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. breakfast was satisfying, offering a nice selection that kick-started our days.

the showerhead could use some attention as it wasn't in perfect shape.

tiny room

staff negligence

was so excited to stay here, but the room was tiny and the bathroom was disgusting with stains everywhere. when I asked for a little late check-out, the staff acted like it was a massive inconvenience. the breakfast looked nice, but the girls were glued to their phones instead of helping guests. almost gave it a good review, just couldn’t!
